Ordering, Delivery and Installation Procedure

To keep our price competitive and to give you the best possible service, there are 4 easy steps to ordering, delivery and installation.

1. To get an estimate of costs, please measure your own window openings and fill in the form on the quote request page.
2. Once we receive this information we will send you our estimate for all of the costs involved. There are no hidden extra charges, we believe in being up front with our customers.
3. We will then contact you to see if you wish to proceed. If you decide to use our services then we visit and measure your window openings and discuss the finer details of your order. At this time we will require a 50% deposit as the shutters are custom made.
4. When your shutters have been made and are ready for installation we will contact you to arrange for the final 50% to be paid and for a convenient date for us to install your new beautiful wooden shutters. Read more on our Warrantee
